RMN 2017 Regional Grant Reporting
Final reports for 2016 grants have closed. The deadline has passed.
Use this form for mid-term and final reporting requirements for the 2017 RMN Grand Cycle (awarded in November of 2017 - reporting due in May and August of 2018).
Reporting requirements for grant types are listed below:
Final report required on or before August 7, 2018.
Mid-term report required on or before May 15, 2018, Final report required on or before August 7, 2018.
Failure to meet reporting deadline will impact eligibility for the following grant cycle.
Extensions may be requested in writing.
